Mini Caramel Apples

I found this idea in the September issue of Family Fun magazine and thought it looked good. Every time I make the big caramel apples around Halloween, it tends to be messy and we don't end up eating all of them. But these would work great I think. (Especially for a toddler...bite size). I plan on making a couple changes to the recipe to make it easier:

- Use caramel apple sheets instead of dipping the apples (they sell them at most grocery stores or Walmart, I've heard).

- Use toothpicks instead of lollipop sticks.
